At Hockey Wraparound LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


 

Replacements (Defective or Damaged Items)

You have 45 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a replacement for a defective or inadvertently broken item.

To be eligible:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from HockeyWraparound.com (or an authorized partner).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item must be evaluated and deemed defective by a Hockey Wraparound staff member.

If approved, you will receive a replacement unit corresponding to the original item purchased, unless otherwise noted.

 


 

Returns (Unopened or Unused Items)

You may return any unused product within 45 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued by our support team before sending any product back. Returns without an RA may be delayed or denied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Timing of the credit may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 


 

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 


 

Warranty Coverage

All Hockey Wraparound products (including Hockey Wraparound Blade Protector, Goalie Wraparound, Weighted Wraparound, Puckaround Pro Training Puck, Dry Stick, MYBALL, and all training bundles) are covered under a 45-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow product guidelines
  • Use on ice or in unapproved environments (see Terms & Conditions for specifics)

Warranty claims must be submitted via email to Matt@hockeywraparound.com with photo evidence and a description of the issue.

 


 

International Orders

For returns outside the U.S., customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and documentation. We cannot reimburse duties or taxes paid at delivery. Please contact us before returning any international orders to ensure proper handling.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened MYBALL 3-packs
  • Used stick tape or accessories
  • Gift cards, limited-time promotions, or custom bundles

 


 

Restocking Fees

In rare cases, large quantity returns or non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, at the discretion of Hockey Wraparound.

 


 

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty claims unless found defective upon arrival.
